This policy describes what personal data of visitors to fasad-komplekt.com we collect and how we use it. The data operator is Fasad-Komplekt LLC. Processing is carried out in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
1. General provisions
This policy applies to the data you voluntarily provide in the forms on the site. By submitting a form, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with them, do not submit your data through the site.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form: full name, the chosen contact method and contact details (email address, phone number, or messenger handle), the subject of the inquiry, and, optionally, a message. When applying for a vacancy: name, phone number, and, optionally, a resume file. To protect against automated submissions, the site temporarily uses technical connection data (IP address) and does not store it. There are no web analytics or advertising counters on the site.
3. Purposes of processing
Data from the contact form is used only to review your inquiry and contact you. Data from a vacancy application is used to consider your candidacy. We do not use your data for marketing mailings.
4. Legal basis
The consent you give by checking the relevant box on the form and submitting it. For vacancy applications, the basis also includes consideration of your candidacy at your own initiative.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your data and do not disclose it to third parties, except where expressly required by the laws of the Russian Federation. The Contacts page displays Google and Yandex maps: when you open that page, your browser contacts those services’ servers, which operate under their own privacy terms. Other pages of the site use no third-party services.
6. Storage and protection
Data is stored on servers located within the Russian Federation for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, after which it is deleted. Only authorized employees have access to it. The connection to the site is encrypted.
7. Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies: they store your chosen interface language so you do not have to select it on every visit. This data stays in your browser, is not shared with third-party services, and is not used for advertising or tracking. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on the site, so no separate consent for setting them is required. You can delete this data or block it in your browser settings at any time — the site will keep working, but will stop remembering your chosen language.
8. Your rights
You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data, to demand its correction, blocking, or erasure, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to the company email address listed on the Contacts page.
9. Changes to this policy
The company may amend this policy. The current version is always published on this page together with its version date.
